A Day in Denver included office visits with CU
President Bruce Benson and Denver Mayor Michael Hancock. The
Caravan spent the lunch hour working at a West Colfax McDonalds to
benefit the Ronald McDonald House; stopped by 9News at 4 p.m. and
wrapped up at Blake Street Tavern.

| Wednesday, May 15 |
 |
Wednesday's tour dipped south into Colorado Springs
and Pueblo. After visiting one current and one former CU Regent,
the Caravan attended public events at the Waterfront and Cheyenne
Mountain Resort. Coach MacIntyre shared a personal experience story
about legendary Paul "Bear" Bryant he hopes to use to teach his
first Buffaloes team.

Thursday the Coaches Caravan ventured back north,
visiting Dish Network, Bozarth Chevrolet; a public lunch at Pasta
Jay's in Lone Tree, Clear Channel for KOA's Drive Time Dave
Logan/Dave Krieger show and wrapped up with a Baggage Challenge at
Safeway where AD Mike Bohn won top honors -- all in good fun as
$700 in food was donated to the Douglas/Elbert Task Force.

The final day of the 2013 Coaches Caravan ventured
west with stops in Vail-Edwards in Grand Junction. The Caravan
visited a Vail McDonalds and met with Berry Creek Middle Schoolers
in Edwards. The trip ended with a final happy hour celebration
Friday afternoon at the Doubletree in Grand Junction..
