Appearance and Promotional Requests
We are proud to support organizations and groups that are working to raise awareness for programs related to our pillars of Youth Outreach & Education, Environmental Responsibility, and Health & Wellness. If you are interested in requesting a CU student-athlete or coach for a promotional appearance please fill out the request form below. The University of Colorado Boulder will accept requests for promotional appearances for student-athletes and coaches. All requests will be considered but a standard that includes NCAA rules will be applied and it should be expected that some requests may be denied.

Donation Requests
The University of Colorado Athletics Department does our best to fulfill requests for a number of organizations/charities throughout the Colorado community. Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year along with NCAA rules and regulations, we are required to gather very specific information regarding your request.

To submit a donation request, please send:

A completed Donation Request Form
A copy of your organizations 501-c-3 form to cubuffsoutreach@colorado.edu

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Requesting organizations can only make one donation and/or autograph request per calendar year.
