Stephanie Zuniga-Herrera Bio

COACH SANCHEZ ON ZUNIGA-HERRERA: GÇ£Stephanie is
a left-sided player, a left-footed player, who is very technical
and very good on the ball. She has been battling injuries for about
the last year or so, but she is healthy now and we expect her to be
100 percent when she gets to Boulder this summer in preparation for
the fall. Stephanie can play wide forward in the three front
formation or as an attacking midfielder. SheGÇÖs got a great
attacking mind, is great on set pieces and sees the game. She has a
really good soccer mindset. I think she can have an immediate
impact on what we do.GÇ¥
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: A four-year letterwinner,
Zuniga-Herrera truly shined during her sophomore season tallying 21

season and suffered a torn ACL her junior year. She has been
a part of six Olympic Development Camps or national teams. In May
2011, she was a member of the U-15 NT Camp and returned to the same
program later that summer. Zuniga-Herrera also played on two
ODP teams in 2012, Region IV and Thanksgiving Interregional. Most
recently, in 2013, she was a member of the U-18 NT Player Pool and
Region IV ODP. As a member of the Bay Oaks Botafogo club team, she
