BOULDER GÇô The University of Colorado womenGÇÖs tennis team looks to keep its momentum going from SundayGÇÖs conference win as the Buffaloes travel to Denver to take on the Pioneers, Friday at the Colorado Athletic Club Monaco.

Due to the inclement weather, the match time has changed to 7 p.m.

CU (10-8, 1-6 Pac-12) plays its last non-conference match of the season taking on a Pioneers (9-7, 2-0 Summit League) team thatGÇÖs No. 67 nationally.  DU defeated Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, 6-1 on Wednesday, and now have won three of its last four matches.  

The Buffs, also nationally ranked at No. 70, are coming off a 4-3 win over Washington State last Sunday at the South Campus Courts.  CU secured the doubles point for the first since Feb. 15, then received key singles wins from freshman Tina Bokhua, sophomore Nuria Orme+¦o Ruiz and senior Ashley Tiefel.

Colorado has dominated the all-time series with the Pioneers leading 29-9, however DU has won three of the last four, including the last three matches in a row played in Denver since 2009.  Since the two programs started playing regularly every year since 2001, the series is tied 7-7.

The Buffs enter the match with a 6-0 record against Mountain Regional opponents and have defeated all three Centennial state opponents this season (Air Force, Colorado State, Northern Colorado). CU is also 4-1 on the road against non-conference opponents.  

CU finishes off the Pac-12 schedule next week traveling to Los Angeles to take on No. 4 UCLA (Friday, April 10, 12:30 p.m.) and No. 1 USC (Saturday, April 11, 1 p.m.).  The CU/UCLA match will be televised by the Pac-12 Networks.

CU will close the regular season at home against No. 53 Utah on Saturday, April 18 at 11 a.m.
