It?s a #SilverAndBlackAttack Kind Of Week Ahead For The Buffs

BOULDERGÇöTwo sports are hosting their only home event of the season while all other active sports have Oregon on their mind, highlighting a busy week ahead for the Colorado Buffaloes.
MenGÇÖs golf gets the week underway early, hosting the Sixth Annual Mark Simpson Invitational Monday and Tuesday at Boulder Country Club. The Buffs are two-time defending champions of their own tournament and have won three of the five previous titles in the event named after their former legendary head coach.
Play gets underway at 8:45 a.m. Monday with 36 holes of action. Tuesday, the final round starts at 8:15 a.m. in a staggered shotgun. If you canGÇÖt get to BCC, the Buffs will live stream the final few hours of the second round as the three teams leading entering the final round will all finish on 18 after the rest of the field is done.
The Cross Country team, which features the top-ranked men and third-ranked women, will both host their only home meet of the cross country season at the Rocky Mountain Shootout, scheduled to start Saturday at 9 a.m. at CUGÇÖs south campus. ItGÇÖs also the first time all of CUGÇÖs top runners will compete together for the Buffs this season.
Some 11 hours later, the football team face Oregon at Folsom Field in a nationally televised game that will kickoff on ESPN just after 8 p.m. The Buffs are looking to Fill Folsom and are encouraging fans to wear Silver and Black as we attempt to stripe the stands. Looking at your ticket, even sections are encouraged to wear black and odd sections silver or gray. All students are asked to wear silver or gray.
Away from Boulder, both the volleyball and soccer teams also have Oregon on their minds, as both head to Eugene and Corvallis for match-ups with the Ducks and Oregon State Beavers. On Friday, soccer looks to continue a strong league start, taking on the Ducks at 8 p.m. MT while volleyball, who looks to rebound from a tough week, follows suit an hour later on the Pac-12 Networks. The soccer game will be streamed by the Ducks.
On Sunday, both teams travel to Corvallis and both face the Beavers at Noon mountain. Volleyball again will be televised by Pac-12 Networks.
