  • Colorado held Sacramento State to 19 points at halftime – that is the lowest halftime scoring total of a CU opponent since November 29, 2015 against Northern Colorado (19)
  • Derrick White who missed last year due to transfer, scored the team’s first points of the season with a 3-point field goal at (19:18) Xavier Johnson who missed last season due to injury, followed White’s score with a layup of his own (18:35)
  • Colorado did most of its damage in the first half from 3-point range – shooting 7-of-11 (63.6%) The team only managed to make 7-of-18 from inside the arch however (38.9%). They finished the game 13-of-21 from deep (61.9%).

Wesley Gordon
  • Tonight’s he played in his 100th career game
  • Gordon dished out the team’s first assist of the season on a 3-pointer by Derick White
  • Gordon’s 12 rebounds moves to 11th on CU’s all-time list (691) – passing Scott Wedman (1971-74, 684)

Tory Miller
  • After four career attempts, Miller makes his first 3-point field goal
Deleon Brown
  • The freshman played in his first career game and made his first shot attempt – a 3-point field goal at 9:59 mark in first quarter
  • He finished with 9 points.
Josh Fortune
  • Fortune finished 4-of-5 from the field and made both of his three-point attempts. He finished with 11 points.
Lucas Siewert
  • In his first career game, he sinks all three of his 3-point field goal attempts. He finished with 9pts, 5rebs.
Dominique Collier
  • He had a game-high 12 points – all of which came from 3-pointers (4-of-6).
