Buffs fans, we have all the info you need for the game against Louisiana-Monroe.

Parking lots will open at 5 p.m., as well as Chip's Corral and the Coors Club Room.  On the menu in Chip's Corral is an Italian Meatball Sandwich, served with kettle chips for $10.00, or the Sausage of the Game: Chefs choice sausage topped with peppers & onions and assorted condiment bar ($8)

In the Coors Club Room Chef's Table:
• Honey smoked fish Co salmon flight
Chipotle lime, cracked pepper, original and Cajun flavors 
 
• Cucumber and sweet onion salad
English cucumbers, fresh herbs and onions tossed in sweet onion vinaigrette
 
Classic Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce with shaved Parmesan cheese and garlic croutons
 
• Wedge salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce, grape tomatoes, red onion and blue cheese crumbles
 
• Garlic and Herb New York Strip
Rosemary Demi, creamy horseradish sauce
 
• Pan Seared Trout finished with a Cajun butter
