Colorado falls to 11-9 all-time in the NIT. The Buffaloes drop to 45-65 all-time in postseason games and 22-26 on the national level (NCAA, NIT, CBI).
 
Colorado finishes the season with 19 wins, tied for 10th in a single season. The Buffaloes have won 19 games on four other occasions, most recently in 1990-91.
 
Colorado trailed at halftime (38-34) for the 17th time this season, falling to 6-11 in those contests.

Derrick White (30 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists) became the second Buffalo to score 30 points twice in a single postseason. Shaun Vandiver did it in the 1991 NIT semifinals (31 vs. Oklahoma) and third place game (34 vs. UMass). His four 30-point games in one season are the first for a CU player since Chauncey Billups did it as a freshman in 1995-96. White finished the season with 615 points, ranking seventh in a single season, and second best by a CU transfer. He also ranks eighth in assists (148), 10th in field goals (205) and 11th in blocks (49). His 49 blocks are the most by a guard in a season in team history.
 
Xavier Johnson (13 points, 4 rebounds) finishes his career seventh in 3-pointers (130) and games played (127), 11th in scoring (1,463), games started (97) and minutes played (3,387) and12th in rebounds (705).
 
Wesley Gordon (7 points, 3 rebounds, 1 block) finishes his career second in blocks (204) on CU’s charts and eighth in the Pac-12. Also on CU’s career leaderboard is third in starts (122), fifth in games played (131), sixth in rebounds (882) and 10th in minutes played (3,405)
