Colorado improves to 2-0 on the season, marking the third straight year the Buffaloes have opened up with at least a pair of wins. Colorado started 6-0 last season.

Tad Boyle marked his 400th game as an NCAA Division I head coach (224-176).

D’Shawn Schwartz (15 points, 7 rebounds, 6-10 FG) registered career-highs in points, rebounds, field goals made and attempted. He logged his third career double-digit scoring game. Schwartz’s previous high was 10, hit twice as a freshman.

Tyler Bey (16 points, 7-13 FG, 3 blocks) set a career-high in points, field goals made and attempted. He surpassed his previous best of 14 points, which he recorded three times as a freshman. Matched his personal best with three blocks.

McKinley Wright IV (13 points, 5 assists, 7-8 FT) moved into Colorado’s Top 30 in career assists as he’s now at No. 30 with 186. He has dished out at least five assists in 24 out of 34 career games.

Lucas Siewert (16 points, 6-10 FG, 4-6 3FG) matched career-bests for field goals made and 3-pointers made while coming up just one point short of his career high (17 vs. Stanford last season). Led the Buffaloes in scoring (tied with Tyler Bey) for the fourth time in his career.
