Washington State narrows Colorado’s lead in the series to 12-4 and even the series at 3-3 in the Cougars’ home venues.

Dallas Walton (16 points, 6 rebounds, 8-8 FT) career-high in points, surpassing the 15 he had against Arizona on Jan. 6. He also set personal bests by hitting all eight free throw attempts and matched the team season high for free throws without a miss (McKinley Wright IV was 8-of-8 vs. Air Force on Nov. 26). Has pulled down at least six rebounds in three of his last five games (5.6 rpg during that span). Walton scored 14 of his points in the second half and at one point scored nine straight for the Buffaloes.

He’s averaging 6.3 rebounds over the last three games.

George King (9 points, 11 rebounds) recorded his ninth double-figure rebound game of the season and sixth in Pac-12 play. He moved into 18th in career rebounds (646), passing Donnie Boyce who had 644 from 1991-95.
