Colorado improves to 21-6 overall and 10-4 in the Pac-12. With Oregon’s loss to Arizona State tonight, the Buffaloes are in sole possession of first place with the Sun Devils and Arizona one-half game back (9-4). It’s the sixth time in 10 seasons the Buffaloes have 10 or more conference wins. CU’s Pac-12 best is 11, in 2011-12 (11-7).

Colorado’s 21 wins tie for the seventh best total in team history. The 21-6 mark is the program’s best after 27 games. The 1968-69 team was 20-7 after losing their first round NCAA Tournament game.

Colorado improves its record to 13-7 all-time vs. USC and has won the last four, sweeping the last two home-and-home series.

Colorado rallied from a double-digit deficit four the fourth time this season, tying for the second longest. CU was also down 14 early to Dayton before winning in overtime.

Colorado reached double-figures in 3-point field goals (11) for the sixth time this season and third time in four games. The one that wasn’t a double-figure game, the Buffaloes had nine at Oregon State. CU is averaging 10.3 3-pointers made over the last four games while shooting 43 percent (41-96).

Tyler Bey (14 points, 11 rebounds) records his 11th double-double of the season and 30th of his career, good for sole possession of 10th on CU’s all-time list. He has double-doubles in back-to-back games and three of his last four. He’s averaging 11.2 rebounds over his last five games. His five offensive rebounds were his most against a Pac-12 team this season and second-most overall (6 vs. Wyoming). Bey had a blocked shot, leaving his career total at 99, one away from becoming the 10th CU player to reach 100 (since 1976). He moved into 32nd in career scoring (1,035).
 
Shane Gatling (13 points, 5-8 FG, 3-4 3FG) scored in double digits for the sixth time this season. Three of those have come in the last five games. His points and field goals made are his most in the Pac-12 this season, and most since scoring 20 with seven field goals at Colorado State. He has multiple 3-point field goals in four of the last five games.
 
McKinley Wright IV (15 points, 7 assists, 6 rebounds) led Colorado in scoring for the ninth time this season and 34th time in his career. He has now scored in double-figures in 76 out of 94 career games and dished out at least five assists in 56 outings.
