Track and Field Reunion
Sept. 17-19, 2021 |

Reunion
The Colorado track and field and cross-country program has a special history in Colorado Athletics. Please save the date to celebrate all the championships, all the races and all the people who have participated in the sport. The 2021 reunion has been planned by a group of dedicated alumni who are working to ensure we find as many alumni teammates as possible, and invite everyone to Boulder for a weekend of fun.
As we count down to the reunion, we continue to honor the Coaches who have served our sport at CU:

History
The Buffaloes have a strong history, both on the conference and national levels. The cross country program has won 29 men's conference titles, including seven Pac-12 titles, as well as 19 women's titles (four Pac-12 championships). The men's cross country team has won five NCAA Championships and the women have won three national championships, all since 2000.
The track and field program has also won championships. Most recently the men's track and field team won the 2008 Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championship, which took place at CU's home track, Potts Field, which is named after CU's legendary coach, Frank Potts (1927-1968). The women's team won the 1996 Big Eight Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
Over the years, numerous members of both teams have earned All-America honors. In the last 25 years under current head coach Mark Wetmore, CU has recorded 359 All-America honors. There have also been 26 individual NCAA Champions under his direction.
