Why the transition to mobile ticketing?
Transitioning to digital ticketing provides a safe and contactless environment for our fans upon entry. Digital ticketing will also reduce the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets, while also providing the ability to easily manage and transfer your tickets at any time.
Why haven’t I received my mobile tickets?
Try these steps:
- Log in to the Buffs Mobile App using your email address and password and check Manage Tickets. They should be there.
- Check your junk mail folder.
- Add our email addresses, cutix@colorado.edu and updates@cubuffs.fanone.com, to your email contact list.
What if I lose or delete my ticket delivery email?
At any time you can log in to your Buffs Mobile App or CU Ticket Account to view your tickets.
Can I print my mobile tickets?
No. Mobile tickets must be scanned from a smartphone for entry.
When will my tickets be available on my account?
Tickets will be available close to game day if they are not there yet.
How do I make sure I can access my tickets on game day via my smartphone?
We HIGHLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to game day. This will prevent Wi-Fi connectivity issues at the gate, since the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
What if my guest(s) and I arrive to the event at different times?
You can transfer your tickets to each guest through your online account prior to your arrival. We recommend completing transfers at least 24 hours prior to the game.
What if I do not have a smartphone, or my phone battery dies on game day?
Visit customer service on game day and present a valid form of photo ID that matches the name associated with the account. The ticket office can reprint your tickets.
