-Records. Oregon State retook the lead in the series by a 7-6 count, evening the series in Corvallis at 2-2 and 5-11 in the state of ORwgon … Colorado is now 3-4 under interim head coaches (1-1 under Mike Sanford).
-  Number 9. This marked just the eighth time in 1,286 all-time games CU finished a game with 9 points; last was a 17-9 loss at Missouri in 2004.
-Â First by the Foe. Â Oregon State was the first team to return a kickoff against the Buffaloes this year (2-46, 23.0).
- Â Birthday Boys: QB J.T. Shrout turned 23 today; WR Jaylon Jackson (turning 24) and TB Jayle Stacks (turning 20) will click over to their new ages on the United Airlines charter ride home.
-  Second Half High. The 190 yards in the second half was a team-high this season for after intermission (old: 187 at Minnesota). The 129 fourth-quarter yards were second to the 136 against the Gophers.
