 Records.  The Sun Devils now lead the series by a 10-3 margin (4-2 in Boulder) and 8-3 in night games … In 107 Homecoming games, the Buffaloes are now 65-37-5 … The Buffs are now 24-33-1 when wearing all black uniforms, 3-22 when wearing black helmets (and 0-10 in both looks) … Colorado is now 3-5 under interim head coaches (1-1 under Mike Sanford).

38-12. That’s CU’s all-time record with a 100-yard rusher (Deion Smith, 111) and receiver (Jordyn Tyson, 115) in the same game.  It’s the 20th time it’s happened since CU joined the Pac-12, the first time since 2020 at Stanford (Jarek Broussard and Dimitri Stanley).
 
First Starts As A Buff. Two players made their first career starts: S Simeon Harris and DL Justin Jackson; 42 different players have now starter for CU this season.

 He recorded the third-most receiving yards in a game by a true freshman at Colorado (and the fourth 100-yard game):

His 88-yard punt return tied for the sixth-longest in school history, the longest since Ben Kelly returned one the same distance against Boston College in the ’99 Insight.com Bowl and CU’s first for a TD since Brenden Rice returned one 81 yards against Utah in 2020.

His 117 punt return yards were the second-most by a true freshman and tied for the 11th-most overall.  The frosh bests:

He is the first Buff to have at least 100 receiving and punt return yards in the same game, and the second to have 100 receiving and kickoff return yards (Brenden Rice did so at Oregon last year).

He had career highs in both yards and carries, and matched his career-long run of 25 yards.
 
PK Cole Becker (2-2 FG, 4-4 PAT, 10 Points)
He became the 10th-fastest player to score 100 points in CU history (the sixth-fastest kicker), reaching the plateau in his 20th game.  He had his long field goal in 2022 (49 yards) and is 9-of-10 on the year; he moved from 54th to 47th on the all-time scoring chart.  The fastest players to 100 points in CU history, listed by which number game they scored their 100th point (and their career total after that game):
