Colorado was previously 1-17 against No. 2 teams with its only win coming against Oklahoma State 57-53 on February 12, 1992. This win matches the highest ranked opponent CU has ever defeated, both in Boulder and overall.
 
This is the highest ranked win in the Tad Boyle era and the fourth win against an AP Top 5 team.
 
This is the 10th different season under Tad Boyle that CU has defeated a ranked opponent.
 
In Boyle’s 12 years as the CU Head Coach, this is the 23rd win over a ranked opponent.

Evan Battey (11 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals) played in his 129th game for the Buffaloes, tying D’Shawn Schwartz (2017-21) and Nate Tomlinson (2008-12) for the eighth most games played in Colorado history.

Jabari Walker (15 points, 14 rebounds, 2 blocks) – He recorded his 15th double-double of the season passing Wilky Gilmore (1959-60) for the 12th most double-doubles in a season by a Colorado player. He is now tied with five other players in the NCAA for the eighth most double-doubles this season.

Keeshawn Barthelemy (15 points, 2 steals) provided a spark for the Buffaloes by scoring 15 points off the bench tonight. 

Tristan Da Silva (19 points, 7-10 FG) led the Buffaloes in scoring against Arizona and was three-points shy of tying his career-high in that category.

Evan Battey, Elijah Parquet, Benan Ersek, Will Loughlin - Prior to the game, Colorado honored these seniors in their last game at the CU Events Center.

BOULDER– Donnie Boyce scored 16 points and Poncho Hodges added 12 as Colorado rallied from eight down at halftime to defeat No. 2 Oklahoma State, 57-53.  In holding OSU to a season low point total, CU, down 30-22 after the first 20 minutes used a 20-11 spurt to open the second half to take a 42-41 lead.  Tied at 45 with 5:54 to play, Hodges grabbed a loose ball and scored a layup to put the Buffs up for good, 47-45. The Cowboys would not get any closer, as baskets from Hodges and Billy Law helped keep the ‘Pokes at bay.  A crowd of 10,856 witnessed the game at the Coors Events Center.
