- How Do I Get Parking If I Don't Have It Already?
Parking is free for basketball games. However there are a several lots that do require parking permits. Permits are $150 per pass and are based on donor level and priority point rank.

- How Do I Get Additional Parking?
Per our parking policy, parking pass quantity limits are:
1-4 tickets = eligible for up to 1 parking pass
5+ tickets = eligible for up to 2 parking passes
Eligibility does not guarantee a parking pass, all requests are subject to availability
Additional passes are not guaranteed to be in the same lot, though every attempt will be made to accommodate the same lot as first pass

- Is There ADA Parking Available?
Available along Regent Drive and in Lot 440W on a first come, first serve basis.

- When Do Away Game Tickets Go On-Sale?
Away game tickets must be purchased through the opposing teams' ticket office.

- When Will Single Game Tickets Go On-Sale?
Single game tickets will go on-sale mid-October. Tickets are based on game by game availability.

- How Do I Upgrade My Seats?
Season ticket holders will be able to upgrade their seats through our online seat selection and upgrade process that allows you to view the court and select specific seat locations.Upgrade times are provided based on your Buff Club Priority Rank.

- When Can I Upgrade My Seats?
Seat upgrades will begin on September 19.

Yes, everyone will receive an e-mail about upgrading their tickets.

- When Do The Doors Open And How Early Does The Ticket Office Open Before Home Basketball Games?
Chip’s Corral will open 2 hours prior to tip-off, you may enter through the Regent Drive entrance. All other entrances will open 1 hour prior to tip-off. The Ticket Office will open 2 hours prior to tip-off.

- Do Faculty/Staff At CU Boulder Receive A Discount?
University of Colorado faculty or staff members at any of the four campuses with an appointment of 50% or more may receive a 20% discount on season tickets in certain locations. The discount applies only to tickets, not to any required contribution. The discount may be taken on a maximum of two tickets. Additional season tickets may be purchased at the full public rate. Faculty or staff may purchase season tickets section 220 without the required contribution. Faculty and staff members wishing to purchase discounted tickets will be asked to fill out a verification form.Eligibility will be verified at least annually to maintain discount.Please contact the CU Athletic Ticket Office at cutix@colorado.edu or 303-492-5858 for more information.
