Colorado sees its six-game winning streak snapped. The Buffaloes have dropped their last three true road contests dating back to last year – two of the three coming at Arizona.

Arizona’s 40 field goals made was the most by a CU opponent since Kansas had 40 on March 8, 2002 in a 102-73 Jayhawks’ win in the Big 12 Tournament. The 97 points were the most by a CU opponent since No. 7 Oregon defeated the Buffaloes in Eugene 101-73 on Feb. 18, 2017.
KJ Simpson (10 points, 7 rebounds, 5-17 FG) season low in points seeing his streak of scoring 20-plus points end at five, but extending his streak of scoring in double-figures to 21 games dating back to last year (only games he’s played in). Moved into a tie with Randy Robinson (1988-93) for 41st in career scoring, now at 980. Had two assists, passing Richard Roby for 17th on the career chart with 258.
Javon Ruffin (11 points, 4 rebounds) led the Buffaloes in scoring for the first time in his career. Recorded his seventh-career double-figure scoring game. Matched a career-high with 10 field goal attempts.
Bangot Dak (5 points, 1-2 3FG) matched his career-high in points and connected on his first career 3-point field goal.
