HOURS OF OPERATION:

The Indoor Tennis Courts at Balch Fieldhouse will be open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

RESERVATION FEES:

$45 Peak Hours, $35 Off-Peak Hours

Pricing may not include all taxes and fees.

Pricing is per court and will be split amongst all players.

Peak hours are 6:00 - 10:00 AM and 3:00 - 9:00 PM.

RESERVING A COURT:

Courts can be reserved up to seven days in advance. Please book through the Playbypoint App. No walk-ins allowed

Courts must be reserved for a one-hour minimum (with a two-hour maximum).

Maximum of four players per court. Please note, reservation fees are PER COURT and costs will be split amongst all players.

Court fees must be paid in full and waivers for all players must be signed before play begins.

No private lessons are permitted. This applies to lessons that are free, for-profit, by an amateur, or by a professional.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply with this policy may result in players being charged the full amount for the cancelled court time.

Players will be charged in full for a no-show.

Please note, court times may be cancelled by the facility due to weather/campus closures/unforeseen circumstances. In these instances, refunds will be made in full.

ETIQUETTE AND ATTIRE:

Players are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes before their reservation time to ensure check-in is completed before their court reservation time starts.

If no player of the party has arrived 15 minutes after their reservation time begins, it will be counted as a no-show.

Players are not permitted to enter the court before their scheduled time. Players are not permitted to warm up on empty courts.

Players must clean and vacate the courts as soon as their reserved time has expired.

Courts will be used for tennis play only. No pickleball or other athletic uses are permitted.

Players are expected to follow proper tennis etiquette and facility rules. This includes showing good sportsmanship and respect to other players, staff, and spectators at all times.

Players are expected to wear appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes. Players should wear a separate pair of shoes to the facility and change into their playing shoes inside. This ensures all courts remain as clean and safe as possible.

Players must bring their own tennis racquet.

Players are encouraged to bring their own tennis balls. Tennis balls may be purchased through the website or app, but cannot be purchased at the desk.

FACILITY:

No food, drinks (except water), or glass containers are permitted on the courts. Snacks may be brought in the facility and consumed off the courts.

Restrooms and water stations are located within the facility. There are no locker rooms available.

CU is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

CHILDREN AND PETS:

Children aged 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.

A parent or legal guardian must sign (or cosign) the waiver for all players aged 17 and under.

No pets (except service dogs) are permitted in the facility.

 

Additional guidelines may be enforced at the discretion of staff.
