Folsom Field is a CLEAR BAG venue for all concerts. Clear bags that are 12x6x12 are allowed along with SMALL Clutch Bags - no larger than 4.5x6.5. Medical bags OKAY. All bags are subject to be searched by security personnel. Any items left behind at the entrances will be disposed of before the concert ends. NO LOCKERS WILL BE AVAILABLE.

- Download your ticket and add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay
- Do NOT wait until you arrive at the gate because the WiFi and cellular networks may not work reliably at the gate with thousands of patrons trying to download tickets at the same time.
- If you plan to transfer your ticket to someone, do it before you get to Folsom Field and confirm that they have received it.
Tickets
Q: What are the on-sale dates for the concert?
A: Tickets are on sale now here for all concerts at Folsom Field.
Q: How do I buy tickets for the concert?
A: Tickets are available for purchase online here. Tickets are also available at the CU Ticket Office in Boulder. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM *subject to change*
Q: What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
A: Tickets are limited to 6 per customer.
Q: Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket once purchased?
A: There are no refunds or exchanges on purchased concert tickets.
Q: Does my child need a concert ticket?
A: All individuals ages 4 and over need a concert ticket for entry into the event.
Q: I purchased my tickets, but have not yet received them, when will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets will be sent out no earlier than Thursday, May 7, and will be MOBILE TICKETS. If after that time you have not received your tickets, you can reach out directly to the CU Ticket Office at 303-492-8337 or cutix@colorado.edu.
Q: I purchased field tickets, how do I access that area?
A: Field level access will be from Colorado Avenue to the Buff Walk near the Southwest Plaza on the WEST side of the Stadium. GA Pit ticket holders will queue on the sidewalk, and Field ticket holders will queue on the street at the Field Entrance. This is where you will receive your respective wristband and get your ticket scanned. From there, getting onto the field can be from any of the 10 stairs around the west/east sides of the stadium. The easiest route will be from Gate 1 or inside the Balch Fieldhouse. There is NO FIELD/PIT ACCESS from any other stadium entrance. For ADA information, please reference our Venue Policies Page.
Q: Can I purchase tickets at the venue on concert day?
A: The main location for day-of ticket sales is the Franklin Field Ticket Booth located just east of the stadium on Colorado Avenue.
Parking
Q: When are parking lots open?
A: Time is subject to change and is dependent upon the concert you're planning to attend.
Q: Where can I buy parking?
A: Parking cannot be purchased in advance, it can only be purchased on site.

There will be no commercial vending areas, or commercial parking on the CU Boulder campus. Parking lots close one (1) hour after the event has concluded. No overnight parking on campus.
If your transportation plans involve a party bus or other similar vehicles, the dropoff point is at Folsom Street and Colorado Avenue. The pickup point is the same. Buses will be able to wait on East Campus, Discovery Drive and Colorado Avenue, until end of show.
Concessions and Merchandise
Q: Where are concessions located during the concert?
A: A variety of concession items will be available in the following locations: east side of the stadium on the concourse, south end of the field area, Buffalo Plaza on the west side of the stadium, Balch Fieldhouse, and from individual hawkers with limited goods.
Q: Can I purchase alcohol at Folsom Field?
A: Beer, wine, and limited batched cocktails will be available for purchase with valid ID.
Q: Do all of the concession stands accept cash and credit cards?
A: Only credit cards will be accepted as we have transitioned to cashless for concessions. There is a cash-to-card exchange available on site by Gate 10 at the top of sections 120-121.
Q: How many alcoholic beverages can I purchase at a time?
A: Sales are limited to two items per individual ID. If requesting over two items, a second individual with a valid ID will need to be present.
Q: Where will my identification be checked for alcohol purchase?
A: Every bar location, at each purchase will require a valid ID.
Q: Can I sell my handmade goods/food items within the stadium footprint?
A: All sales within the concert footprint must be through approved vendors, private vending is prohibited at all times.
Q: Where can I purchase concert merchandise within the stadium footprint?
A: Official merchandise will be available for purchase inside of the stadium footprint near Gate 6 and inside Balch Fieldhouse.

Folsom Field is a CLEAR BAG venue. Clear bags that are 12x6x12 are allowed along with SMALL Clutch Bags - no larger that 4.5x6.5. Medical bags OKAY. All bags are subject to be searched by security personnel. Any items left behind at the entrances will be disposed of before concert end. NO LOCKERS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
All personal items will be subject to search and permitted into the stadium at the discretion of stadium security personnel. We will have metal detectors at all entrances – KEEP: KEYS, PHONES, WALLETS & REMOVE: LARGE METAL OBJECTS.
Q: Where can I smoke during the concert?
A: CU is a non-smoking campus, which includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vapor. Click here to read Campus No Smoking Policy.
Q: Once I enter the concert area and have my ticket scanned, can I leave the concert area?
A: Scanning out/re-entry is not permitted for this show except in designated emergencies.
Q: Do I have to wear shoes into the venue and during the concert?
A: For safety reasons, all patrons are required to have footwear on inside the stadium footprint at all times.

PERMITTED ITEMS
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- One-gallon (or smaller) clear plastic Ziploc/freezer bag
- Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap
- Medically necessary items after proper inspection at Entrances
- Non-alcoholic beverages in approved factory-sealed plastic containers; 51 oz. / 1.5 liters or smaller (one per ticket holder)
- Empty non-disposable (non-metal) plastic water bottles;
- 51 oz. / 1.5 liters or smaller (one per ticket holder)
- Umbrella strollers; if larger they can be returned to vehicle or checked in at Guest Services
- Seat cushions and chair backs must be 18” or less in width (no pockets, zippers or covers)
- Small personal cameras
- Binoculars
- Service animals
- Blankets must not be larger than 50” x 60” and are subject to be unrolled and searched
- Batteries: Portable phone chargers and clothing with heating devices that include battery packs, such as heated socks, coats or blankets will be allowed. However, the restriction will be based off the battery pack: Lithium-ion battery packs with a maximum size of 3" x 6"x 1" allowed. Battery packs with AA, C or D cell batteries are NOT allowed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Folsom Field complies with all TSA and Homeland Security prohibited items lists.
In addition, prohibited items include:
- Bags or containers larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- No bags permitted at all; includes backpacks, diaper bags and other similar bags
- Clutches and purses must be the approximate size of the hand
- Hard & soft sided coolers of any size or style
- Firearms or weapons of any type; including handguns carried in accordance w/ the Colorado Conceal & Carry Act.
- Parts of weapons of any kind (including actual, simulated, toy, or replica weapons, firearms, ammunition, self-defense sprays, fireworks or incendiary devices, explosives, fuel, knives (of any size), stun guns/tasers, sticks, bats, poles & any object with a blade)
- Hazardous items including, but not limited to, fuels, torches, lighter fluid, chemicals, paint, batteries, or aerosols
- Selfie/GoPro sticks, flags on poles, other types of sticks, poles or similar objects that can be used as a weapon
- Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or model aircraft
- Non-factory sealed beverages or filled liquid containers including but not limited all thermoses/metal water bottles/Hydro Flask & Stanleys
- Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs (including medical marijuana, vape pens, cartridges or any other smoking paraphernalia)
- Glass, metal bottles or cans
- Full size strollers and car seat carrier
- Umbrellas of any size
- Artificial noise makers such as whistles, air horns, thunderstix or any other item used to make artificial noise
- Laser pointing devices, flashlights, or glowsticks
- Any unapproved signs or banners
- Professional grade video or camera equipment (e.g. telephoto lenses), tripods, or monopods.
- Footballs, frisbees, inflatable balls
- Bikes, scooters, skateboards or skates
- Pets / animals (with the exception of service animals)
- Electric or battery-operated apparel with AA, C or D cell batteries are NOT allowed.
- Laptops, iPads, GoPros or any other consumer electronics
- Any item(s) deemed dangerous or unacceptable by security

ADA (Must have an ADA ticket; subject to availability)
Q: How many guests may accompany an individual with an ADA ticket?
A: Each individual planning to accompany a guest with disability access must also have an ADA ticket. The companion ticket limit is 3 per purchase of an ADA ticket and is dependent on availability.
Q: How do I access the ADA field seating area? (All patrons must have an ADA field ticket to access the designated platform; subject to availability, please reach out to the CU Ticket Office to purchase/exchange for these tickets).
A: Field Level ADA access will be from Colorado Avenue adjacent to the Franklin Field Ticket Booth on the Southeast side of the Stadium. This is where you will receive your Field wristband and get your ticket scanned. From there, getting onto the field be accessed by staying at street level and making your way to the Champions Center, on the north end of the stadium. For any assistance, ask the Guest Relations Representative at the entrance.
Q: How do I access the ADA club level seating area?
A: ADA platform seating is available on the north and south ends of the Byron R. White Club Level seating area. Access to the Club Level is on the east side of the stadium. From the east concourse, utilize the elevators near Gate 9.
Q: Where are family restrooms located within the stadium?
A: East Concourse and the Byron R. White Club Level
Q: Are there assistive listening devices available for hearing impaired guests?
A: No, assistive listening devices will not be available for this show.
Q: Are assistive animals allowed within Folsom Field?
A: Animals are not permitted within Folsom Field with the exception of trained service dogs for guests with disabilities. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). See here for more information.
