  • Indoor: Ran in one meet ... finished fourth in the 3,000 with a time of 9:44.52 at the Colorado Invitational
  • Outdoor: Did not compete


2021-22

  • XC: Had four top-five finishes in six races for the Buffs ... placed second in the 6K at the Pac-12 Championships ... placed 10th in the 6K at the NCAA Regional Championships ... placed 31st in the 6K at the NCAA Championships
  • Indoor: Competed in four meets ... set a personal best in the 5,000 with a 15:35.40 second-place finish at the Husky Classic ... set a personal best in the 3,000 with a 9:04.20 fourth-place finish at the Pac-12 Invitational ... finished 10th in the 5,000 at the NCAA Championships
  • Outdoor: Ran in eight races at four meets ... finished third and set a personal record of 32:30.82 in the 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships ... also finished second in the 5,000 at the same meet ... ran the 5,000 and 10,000 in both the NCAA West Preliminary Round and NCAA Championships


2020-21

  • XC: Season canceled due to COVID-19
  • Winter XC: Scored in all four events as a redshirt freshman … debuted at the FSU Winter Classic and placed 17th as CU’s No. 3 … was 28th at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge … rounded out CU’s scoring at the Pac-12 Championships with a 16th-place finish … CU finished third as a team with 50 points … was 96th at the NCAA Championships
  • Outdoor: Had five top-five finishes in seven races for the Buffs ... set a personal best of 4:31.91 in the 1,500 at the Jack Christiansen Invitational and Glenn Morris Multi ... placed fourth in the 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships ... placed 17th in the 10,000 in the NCAA West Preliminary Round
 
HIGH SCHOOL
  • Two-time Minnesota State High School League Class AA State Cross Country Champion
  • Won the MSHSL Section 6AA and Minneapolis City Conference Championships
  • Won her first of three Roy Griak Invitational High School Division titles in seventh grade
    • Also won in 2017 and ’18 after recording a second-place finish at the NXR Heartland Regional Championships in 2017 (where she clocked a state record of 16:55.8), she would go on to win the title the following season
  • Won the 2018 Foot Locker Midwest Regionals after placing second in 2017
  • Earned a pair of top-10 finishes and All-American honors at Foot Locker Nationals, placing ninth in 2017 and fifth in 2018
  • Placed fourth at Nike Cross Nationals in 2018
  • Won the 2018 MSHSL 3,200-meter run championship in state record time (10:06.19)
  • In the 1,600 and 3,200, she recorded six top-five finishes, including her state title
  • Placed second in the 2-mile run at the 2018 New Balance Outdoor Nationals, finishing in 10:05.19
  • Earned numerous all-conference, all-state and all-academic honors throughout her career
  • Also recruited by Oregon, Washington, Minnesota and New Mexico
