XC: Competed in four meets... Finished 39th at the 2024 Big 12 Conference Cross Country Championships

Indoor:

Opened the season with a victory in the mile at the Colorado Classic, setting a personal best (4:04.88).
Ran a personal best in the 3000m at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing 25th (7:56.08).
Clocked a personal best in the 5000m at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational, placing 49th (13:46.22).
Competed at the Big 12 Championships, finishing:
- 12th in the 3000m (8:07.19).
- 3rd in the DMR, as part of the relay team that broke the CU record (9:38.14).

2023-24

XC: Did not compete

INDOOR: Ran in four meets for the Buffaloes…Personal record time of 4:07.88 in the mile at the Husky Classic.

OUTDOOR: Competed in the 1500 meter race seven times…personal record time of 3:46.36 at the Payton Jordan Invitational.

2022-23

XC: Ran in four races for the Buffs ... set a personal record of 24:12.3 in the 8K at the Cowboy Jamboree ... placed 39th in the 8K at the Pac-12 Championships

Indoor: Ran the mile at both the Potts Invitational and Colorado Invitational
Outdoor: Competed in four races over three meets ... finished top-five in all four races, including a second-place finish in the 1,500 at the Mines Kit Mayer Classic
