2020: Won the gold race at the FSU Winter Classic … clocked a time of 21:05.1 to finish one second ahead of the runner-up and four seconds in front of the third-place finisher … was the second Buff to cross the finish at the Battle Born Collegiate Challenge, placing 19th … earned All-Pac-12 Second Team honors with a 10th-place finish as CU’s No. 3 at the Pac-12 Championship … there she finished in 19:48.6 … placed 74rd at NCAAs, again as CU’s third finisher.
2019: Competed twice during the postseason ... was 31st at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing sixth for the Buffs ... was 216th at NCAAs and CU’s No. 7 runner.
2018: Raced once, finishing ninth at the Wyoming Invitational.
2017: Raced in five meets for the Buffs, earning a spot on the varsity roster as a redshirt freshman ... ran her first race in a CU uniform at the Colorado State Invitational, placing eighth ... in the following meet, the Joe Piane Invite, she was CU’s fifth runner, finishing 18th ... at the NCAA Pre-National Invitational, she was once again CU’s fifth runner, crossing the finish 36th ... did not score for the Buffs at the Pac-12 Championships, placing sixth on the team, but she finished quite high at 28th ... was an alternate at regionals and ended her first cross country season with a 62nd place finish at the NCAA Championship, helping the Buffs record a third-place team finish.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a very successful runner at Rouse High School, earning four letters in cross country and four letters in track and field ... recorded three top-10 finishes at the state cross country meet, winning as a freshman ... was seventh in both her sophomore and senior seasons and placed 15th as a junior ... on her way to competing at the state meet, she won all four region titles ... competed at the Nike Cross Nationals twice, earning her highest finish at 27th as a senior ... earned eight region championships in the 1,600 and 3,200-meter runs between her freshman and senior years ... placed second at the state meet in the 1,600, finishing in 4:46.55 and was seventh in the 3,200 (10:40.49) in 2016 ... later that year, she ran the 1,500 at the adidas Boost Boston Games and placed sixth (4:23.77) ... during the 2016 indoor season, she was sixth (4:47.39) in the mile at the New Balance Indoor Nationals...her junior year was also good one, finishing third at the state championships in the 3,200 and fourth in the 1,500 ... during her high school track career, she qualified for the Dream Mile twice, once as a freshman and again as a senior.
