Placed 159th in the 10k (30:20.4) at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (Nov. 23, 2024).
Finished 33rd in the 10k (29:59.6) at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 15, 2024).
Placed 26th in the 8k (23:17.5) a personal best at the Big 12 Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1, 2024).
Finished 78th in the 8k (23:43.6) at the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (Oct. 19, 2024).
Ran 24:24.7 in the 8k, placing 65th at the Nuttycombe Invitational (Sept. 27, 2024).

Outdoor Track & Field

Placed 3rd in the 1500m (3:54.73) and 7th in the 5000m (14:48.27) at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Won the 1500m (3:48.15) at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Ran a season-best 5000m (13:34.94) at the Bryan Clay Invitational, finishing 8th.
Won the 1500m (3:48.59) at the Chuck Haering Classic.

Indoor Track & Field

NCAA Division II National Champion in the 3000m (7:57.62) and finished 3rd in the 5000m (13:55.77).
Won the 3000m (8:14.10) at the RMAC Indoor Championships.
Clocked 13:58.56 in the 5000m at the Husky Classic.
Ran a team-winning DMR (10:14.56) at the Mines Winter Classic & Multi.
Opened the season with a 5000m win (14:35.64) at the Mountaineer Open.

Cross Country

Finished 2nd at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships with a career-best 10k time of 29:13.2.
Earned All-Conference honors at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a 2nd-place finish (24:11.0, 8k).
Won the Mountaineer Invite (8k, 25:15.6).

Outdoor Track & Field

Finished 4th in the 1500m (3:54.56) and 7th in the 5000m (14:33.76) at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Placed 5th in the 1500m (3:53.76) at the RMAC Outdoor Championships.
Ran a personal best 5000m (13:51.79) at the Bryan Clay Invitational.
