Assistant Director of Player Personnel

Max Allen is in his third year working on the University of Colorado football staff, and his second in a full-time position as he serves as the assistant director of player personnel. He assists with on-campus recruiting and coordinates the freshman enrollment process.

He joined the department in August 2010 as an operations intern and was promoted to his current position in March 2011.

Allen, 24, graduated from CU with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance in May 2010.

Born January 31, 1988, in Durango, Colo., he graduated from Durango High School, where he lettered in football and baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, hiking and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
