HIGH SCHOOL?He earned three letters playing both offensive and defensive line positions as a prep, earning honorable mention All-Region honors on defense as a senior. He racked up 35 tackles (20 solo) his senior year, with 10 for losses including two-and-a-half quarterback sacks, as he played both end and tackle. He had 30 tackles his junior season (10 solo, with five for losses and two sacks). He played both guard and tackle on offense, starting three games as both a junior and senior, and appearing in most other games as a sub. Under coach Brandon Matich, PCHS was 10-1 his senior season (losing in the first round of the playoffs), 3-7 his junior year and 9-3 his sophomore season (reaching the second round of the postseason); they were regional champions his sophomore and senior years. He also lettered four times in ice hockey (defenseman), as Park City was the Independent state champions his senior year.
ACADEMICS?He is undecided on his major, but is enrolled in CU’s School of Arts & Sciences; he does have an interest in Aerospace Engineering. He earned AP Scholar with Distinction honors as a sophomore and junior in high school.
