HIGH SCHOOL—He played two seasons of varsity football at Hinsdale High School, playing nose tackle … His teams compiled a 16-6 record in two seasons owning an 8-3 mark each season … His senior season, the team won the West Suburban Silver Conference Championship … That’s season, he had 27 tackles including six for a loss and two sacks … His junior season he compiled 23 tackles including three for a loss with two sacks and added two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery … He had seven tackles, including two big tackles for a loss late in the final minutes of the West Suburban Silver Conference Championship game against Glenbard West … He also played Rugby at Hinsdale his sophomore season, the last season the school sponsored a varsity program, playing flanker and started every game.
