at Baylor (Sept. 26, L 13-23): 12-of-25 for 156 yards, 1 TD; 5 rushes for -11 yards. Started the second half; 17-yard touchdown to Joseph Williams capped a 12-play, 95-yard drive.

vs. Texas Tech (Oct. 3, L 7-29) (start): 26-of-44 for 290 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT; 17 rushes for 42 yards; 2 catches for 7 yards. First start as a Buff; career highs with 26 completions, 290 passing yards and 42 rushing yards. His 26 completions tied for third-most in a CU quarterback's starting debut; became the first CU quarterback with two receptions in a game since at least 1956 and the first Buff with 25-plus completions since 2024.

at Oklahoma State (Oct. 24, L 24-57) (start): 19-of-27 for 280 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT; 14 rushes for 16 yards and 1 TD. Accounted for all three Colorado touchdowns, completing his first nine passes; completed 14-of-16 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns in the first half. Matched his CU career high with two touchdown passes; scored his first collegiate rushing touchdown on a 1-yard run; surpassed 1,000 yards of total offense in his Colorado career, finishing with 1,067.

AS A TRANSFER

Rated a three-star transfer prospect by 247Sports, which listed him as the No. 479 player in the portal and the No. 31 quarterback as of Jan. 16, 2026. Enters Colorado as an undergraduate transfer with three years to play three.

AT UTAH (2024-25)

Played 10 games in two seasons, including seven starts as a true freshman in 2024, and completed 127 of 225 passes for 1,510 yards and 10 touchdowns with 47 rushing yards.

2025 (Second-Year): Appeared in one game, against Colorado.

2024 (First-Year): Played in nine games, starting seven, and ranked among the top 10 freshmen nationally in passing yards. Became the first true freshman in recorded Utah history to beat an AP-ranked team, a 22-19 win over No. 14 Oklahoma State, and the first freshman quarterback in school history with 200-plus passing yards in three straight starts (239 at Utah State, 207 at Oklahoma State, 280 vs. Arizona); was one of only two true freshmen to throw for 200 yards in each of his first two starts. Had a hand in 27 of Utah’s 49 plays of 20 or more yards. Made his collegiate debut against Southern Utah, throwing for 74 yards and a touchdown and rushing for 21. In his first start, at Utah State, went 20-of-33 for 239 yards and three touchdowns, the first Utah true freshman to throw three touchdown passes in his first start. Threw for 207 yards, a 45-yard touchdown and a career-long 48-yard run at Oklahoma State; a career-high 280 yards and a 20-yard score against Arizona; 236 yards and two touchdowns against Colorado; and 199 yards with a career-long 71-yard touchdown against TCU, matching that long with another 71-yard score at Houston. Completed all eight of his passes against Iowa State, his longest streak to open a game.

ESPN listed him as the No. 13 quarterback and the No. 2 player from Utah; On3 rated him a 90, the No. 20 quarterback and No. 2 in Utah; 247Sports rated him a 90, the No. 21 quarterback and No. 3 in Utah. The 247Sports Composite had him No. 280 nationally, the No. 18 quarterback and No. 2 in Utah, and the Rivals Industry Ranking listed him No. 264 nationally, the No. 19 quarterback and the No. 1 player from Utah.

AT CORNER CANYON HIGH SCHOOL

Played two seasons of varsity football for head coach Eric Kjar at Corner Canyon, a two-time first-team all-state selection who was named Utah’s Mr. Football by the Deseret News in 2023 and was invited to the Polynesian Bowl and the Elite 11 Finals. As a senior in 2023, led the Chargers to a 13-1 record and a state championship, set the Utah single-season record for total offense (5,901 yards), threw for 1,236 yards and 12 touchdowns in four playoff wins, and passed for 255 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for 192 yards and three scores in the title game. As a junior, passed for 3,774 yards and 40 touchdowns and rushed for 695 yards and five touchdowns.
