AT COLORADO
2024 (Jr.)
  • Played in 11 games in 2024 seeing the field for 166 plays.
  • Ended the season with 15 tackles, one pass breakup, one forced fumble, one tackle for zero, one third down stop, and half a tackle for loss.
  • His forced fumble came in the fourth quarter against UCF which led to Cam’Ron Silmon-Craig’s 95 yard fumble return for a touchdown, the second longest in CU history.
  • Played on four different special teams groups this season: kickoff return, kickoff, punt return, and field goal block and was on the field for 87 snaps between them.

  • Comes to Colorado as an undergraduate transfer with three years to play two. 
AT FLORIDA ATLANTIC (2022-23)
  • Played in 11 games in the 2023 season, starting in five.
  • Finished the season with 55 tackles, 32 unassisted, seven-and-a-half tackles for loss, one sack, one forced fumble, one quarterback hurry, and two pass breakups.
  • Earned fourth team All-AAC honors by Phil Steele's magazine as a nickel.
  • Led the Owls with  a season high eight tackles, including three-and-a-half for a loss against ECU.
  • Played in 10 games during the 2022 season, starting in four.
  • Finished the season with 58 tackles, 30 unassisted, four-and-a-half tackles for loss, one sack, three quarterback hurries, one pass breakup, and one interception.
  • Made his collegiate debut with two tackle assists in the Owls 43-13 season opening win over Charlotte.
  • Led the Owls in his first start with nine tackles, one-and-a-half for a loss, and one sack.
  • Received C-USA All-Freshman team (LB) honors.
  • AT PALMETTO
  • Led Palmetto as a senior with 124 tackles (including 71 solo), and 35 went for a loss.
  • Also added 4.5 sacks, two interceptions, one pass defended, two forced fumbles and blocked three punts. 
  • Recorded 126 stops as a junior, 30 for loss.
  • Additionally that season, picked off three passes (returning two for scores and had a total of 110 INT return yards) and blocked one punt and two field goals.
  • As a sophomore had 17 TFL, including 2.0 sacks, among his 82 total tackles.

  • Brothers LaJontay and John Wester junior also played for Florida Atlantic.
