AT COLORADO: This Season (Fr.)He is projected to be a defensive back his true freshman year in college; a recruited walk-on, he will joined the team after the start of the fall semester.

HIGH SCHOOLHe lettered twice at cornerback (two-year starter), earning first-team All-Continental League honors as a senior, when he was in on 45 tackles (24 solo, five for losses) with three interceptions and 10 pass deflections. On offense, he was a part-time starter at receiver, making four catches for 50 yards. As a junior, when he was honorable mention All-League, he recorded 44 tackles (36 solo), with an interception and five passes broken up. Top games as a senior: he had seven tackles, two pass deflections and an interception in a 21-17 loss to Grand Junction, and racked up seven (five solo) in a 40-17 win over Highlands Ranch. Top outings as a junior included eight tackles (all solo) in a 27-23 loss to rival Highlands Ranch, and seven tackles (also all solo, with two for losses) in a 24-20 win over Fairview. He was reserve as a sophomore, recording a couple of tackles and averaged 13.0 yards on three punt returns. Under coach Richard Cash, Highlands Ranch was 4-6 both his junior and senior seasons.

ACADEMICSHe is majoring in Business at Colorado. He was a member of the Academic All-State team his sophomore through senior years in high school.

PERSONALHe was born August 12, 1994 in Littleton, Colo. His hobbies include playing basketball, video games and reading non-fiction books. He lists the biggest moment of his prep career as being nominated to play in the Colorado All-State game after his senior year. High school teammates included fellow Buffs, Clay Norgard and Chris Hill.
