AT COLORADO: He originally signed as part of the 2019 class … He enrolled at Colorado for the spring 2021 semester and has four years to play four in eligibility. 

JUNIOR COLLEGE—He is ranked by 247Sports as the top safety coming out of junior college and the No. 4 player from the state of Colorado and the No. 42 player nationally … The 247Composite has him listed as the No. 2 safety out of junior college, No. 4 player from Colorado and No. 40 player nationally … He briefly enrolled in Copiah-Lincoln Community College in MIssissippi but transferred to Iowa Western before the start of the 2019 season … He redshirted the 2019 season and then the 2020 Junior College season was pushed back to the spring, so he will not actually play a game at the junior college level.  

HIGH SCHOOL—Out of high school, was rated as a 3-star recruit by the major recruiting services … He was ranked the No. 14 player in Colorado by 247Sports, which also ranked him as the No. 118 athlete nationally … ESPN ranked him as the No. 15 player in Colorado … Was a first-team All-Conference selection as a senior and also earned All-State honorable mention … As a senior at Legend under coach Monte Thelen, he had 45 receptions for 450 yards and three touchdowns and added 30 carries for 216 yards and two touchdowns … On defense he had 25 tackles and two interceptions, one of which he returned 99 yards for a touchdown ... On special teams he gained 151 yards on eight kickoff returns and returned four punts for 110 yards … As a junior, he caught 35 passes for 554 yards and three TDs and added 11 carrer for 129 yards and a TD, while he made 13 tackles on defense … Attended and played for Downey High School in Downey, Calif. as a freshman and sophomore … Top games include a 35-14 playoff win over Douglas Country when he rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown on just two carries on offense, while recording two tackles and an interception, which he returned 99 yards for a TD, defensively; caught nine passes for 121 yards and a touchdown and added 16 yards on the ground, and made three tackles on defense in a 21-7 loss to Poudre.
