  • Played in nine games this season, completed 90 passes for 1220 yards with seven touchdowns and eight interceptions.
  • Came off the bench against California and threw the game winning touchdown in overtime, completed eight of his 12 pass attempts for 69 yards and a touchdown.
  • Completed 13-23 passes (.565) for 157 and a touchdown against TCU.
  • Practiced on a limited basis in the spring but was 100 percent for fall camp after recovering from knee surgery.
2021 (Soph.)—Did not see game action … Injured his knee that required surgery the second week of fall camp and missed the entire season … Transferred to Colorado from the University of Tennessee in time for the spring semester. 

AT TENNESSEE (2018-20)—He played in eight games for the Volunteers, starting one… Completed 37-of-69 passes (.536) for 494 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions ... In 2020, he played in four games, completing 24-of-42 passes (.571) for 315 yards with four touchdowns and three interceptions ... Against No. 5 Texas A&M he threw for a touchdown … Had two passing touchdowns against Vanderbilt … Against No. 6 Florida, he completed a career-high 12 passes and threw a touchdown … In 2019, he played in four games with one start … That season, he was 13-of-27 passing for 179 yards and a touchdown… Start came against UAB when he was 3-of-6 passing for 34 yards… Against South Carolina, he completed 7-of-11 passes for 122 yards and one touchdown for 55-yards … He did not see action in 2018 as a true freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL—A three-star prospect by the recruiting services ... The 247 Composite ranked him as the No. 26 pro-style quarterback in the 2018 class and a top-70 player out of California … ESPN ranked him as the No. 34 pocket passing quarterback and a top-60 player in the state … Rivals listed him as the No. 15 pro-style quarterback in the class… He played for Hart High School for head coach Mike Herrington… Hart went 8-4 in his senior season and went to the state playoff quarterfinals … In his career, he was 233-of-450 passing for 3,304 yards with 29 touchdowns and 84 rushes for 311 yards and five touchdowns … Started his senior season and completed 211-of-414 passes for 3,064 yards and 27 touchdowns that season … Also had 70 rushes for 262 yards and four touchdowns … Used some as a receiver his junior season, he caught six passes for 92 yards … He had four 300-yard passing games his senior season and and Hart compiled a 3-1 record in those games, and he threw for three-plus touchdowns five times … His best game was against Ventura in a 26-0 win, he completed 24-of-44 passes for 328 yards and two touchdowns and added 69 rushing yards and a touchdown on eight carries for 397 total yards … He ran for three touchdowns the week prior in a 44-34 win over St. Bonaventure when he also had two passing touchdowns, completing 20-of-32 passes for 238 yards.
