2022-25 (UC Riverside): Averaged 16.4 points and 4.3 assists over 68 career games for UC Riverside. An All-Big West Conference First Team selection as a sophomore in 2024-25, leading the conference and ranking ninth in the nation in scoring at 20.2 points per game. Set UC Riverside’s single-season scoring record with 686 points, helping the Highlanders to a 21-13 record and a Postseason NIT bid. Scored at least 20 points 19 times, including a school-record tying 40 against Big West Champion and NCAA Tournament participant UC San Diego. Named the 2023-24 Big West Freshman of the Year, leading the Highlanders at 12.6 points and 4.5 assists per game. Sat out the 2022-23 season as a redshirt in the UCR program.

High School: Olympic League MVP as a senior at Heritage Christian. A 2022 McDonald's All-American West nominee. Ranked No. 45 in ESPN 2022 Point Guards. All-CIF selection and LA Daily News All-Area in 2022.

Academics: Interested in Sociology as a major at Colorado.

Personal: The son of Barry Hargress and Jackie Thomas. Has an older brother, Forest. He was middle school basketball teammates with former Buff and NBA Draft Pick Jabari Walker. Enjoys video games, fishing and watching movies. Favorite team is the Los Angeles Lakers.
