2024-25 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in four games, all during the nonconference schedule. Scored his first collegiate points on a basket against Bellarmine (12/21), where he also grabbed two of his season's three rebounds. Made his collegiate debut in the final minutes of the win over Eastern Washington. Following the season, transferred to Montana.

2023-24 (Freshman): Sat out the season as a redshirt in the Colorado basketball program. Was considered one of the youngest players in NCAA Division I as a true freshman with his 18th birthday coming just before the start of the fall semester.

High School: A 2023 graduate of Dublin High School, earned all-state and all-area honors his sophomore through senior years. A two-time all-league and San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro pick. Averaged 20.1 points and nearly five rebounds a game as a junior, helping the Gaels to an 8-1 league record and a spot in the North Coast Section Open Division tournament. Anderson is rated as a four-star guard by ESPN and the 15th best player in the state of California. Scored a Griddly Tournament record 98 points in a three-game span. Played two years with the West Coast Elite club program.

Academics: An Exploratory Studies major at Colorado, he was named a Scholar-Athlete in high school.

Personal: Born Aug. 15, 2005, in Berkeley, Calif. He is the son of Courtney Sr. and Terina Anderson. Courtney Sr. played four seasons in the NFL as a tight end, mostly with the Oakland Raiders who selected him in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He is the middle of three sons, with an older brother Hassan Jones and a younger brother, Cameron Anderson. Enjoys movies and video games. Favorite athlete is LeBron James. Chose Colorado over numerous schools, including Arizona State, Cal, San Diego State and Santa Clara in part because "the culture and the experiences I would get on and off the court."
