College—Career Notes: His career average of 71.68 for 123 rounds finished as the best in school history, nipping Jeremy Paul by less one-one hundredth of a stroke (71.72) … The only player in school history with at least two seasons with sub-72.0 stroke averages, and he recorded four: 71.54 as a sophomore (fourth-best overall), 71.90 as a junior (tied for 10th), 71.65 as a senior (sixth) and 71.56 his second-time around as a senior (fifth) due to the COVID pandemic … He played 123 rounds in his CU career, with a high score of 79 (once); he played the most rounds in CU history overall as well as to start a career without a score in the 80s (previous best to start a career was 59 by Knut Ekjord; overall record for most consecutive was 102 by Yannik Paul) … In 43 career events, he was under par 19 times and even-par in two others … All-time at Colorado, he finished third in rounds in the 60s (35), in subpar rounds (55) and in rounds of par of better (66); he was fourth in percentage of rounds that counted toward the team total (94.8 percent, 109 of 115) … In his CU career (2,214 holes played), he had just 43 worse than bogey (40 doubles, three triples) ... Recorded 26 sub-220 tournament efforts overall (plus four at 220, giving him the school record of 30 for 220 or lower).

2020-21 (Sr.-2): He was named the recipient of the 13th annual “Mr. Buffalo” Award, selected by his coaches and teammates for owning the best characteristics that exemplify being a Colorado Buffalo; he also earned the honor his first time around as a senior … Ranked as the No. 147 player in the nation by Golfweek and No. 158 by GolfStat ... He joined Steve Jones (1978-81), Knut Ekjord (1995-97, 1999) and Jeremy Paul (2014-17) in becoming the fourth player to lead the Buffaloes in scoring four times … The 2020-21 team leader (or tied for the lead) in 17 categories: scoring average (71.56), rounds played (25), first round average (71.50), middle round average (71.22), top 10 finishes (1), top 20 finishes (4), rounds in the sixties (6), subpar rounds (12), rounds of par or better (14), rounds counting toward team scoring (1.000, 22 of 22), eagles (4), birdies (75), pars (295), percentage of rounds par or better (82.2), jumbo percentage (.200, percentage of strokes over bogey/round), most consecutive holes of par or better (31) and most tournaments with the no holes worse than bogey (4) ... He played 450 holes with just five (all doubles) worse than bogey … Qualified as an individual for the NCAA Southwest Regional in Albuquerque, where he was the No. 2 seed of the five assigned to Albuquerque; he tied for 51st with a 74-72-76-222 (+6) score … Tied for 13th in the Pac-12 Championships, where he was consistent with four subpar rounds (71-70-71-70—282, -6) ... Top finish for the season was a tie for seventh in Wyoming’s Cowboy Classic in Chandler, Ariz. (67-73-68—208, -8), with two others where he tied for 11th … … He decided to return for another crack at his senior year after the NCAA allowed for an additional year of eligibility for those spring sport athletes that had their 2020 spring seasons cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Sr.): The recipient of the 12th annual “Mr. Buffalo” Award … Ranked as the No. 276 player in the nation by Golfweek and No. 300 by GolfStat ... He led the team with a 71.65 stroke average, the third time he posted CU’s season best figure, joining an impressive list of seven others who did it at least thrice: Dale Douglass, Hale Irwin, Steve Jones, John Lindberg, Knut Ekjord, Kane Webber and Jeremy Paul … His 70.43 stroke average for 14 rounds in the fall, was the best for a fall season in school history (topping Paul’s mark of 70.65 in 2015) … Also was the team leader in rounds in the 60’s (8), subpar rounds (9), top five and 10 finishes (2 each), birdies (87), subpar holes (91), subpar percentage (22.0; 91 of 414 holes) … Had 18 of his 21 rounds in team events count toward CU’s scoring, third-best on the team (.857) … Scored the most birdies in a single round (eight in the third of the Lamkin San Diego Classic), along with recording seven in the second round of the Maui Jim invite … His 16 in the CU-Simpson tied for the most in a tournament for the season, with his four holes worse than par (all bogeys) also a season best (50 of the 54 were par or better) … Tied for the most pars in one round (15, in the opening 18 of the Maui Jim) … Had the second-best run on the team of holes of par or better (21 over the first and second rounds of the Maui Jim Invitational) … Shared medalist honors in CU’s own Mark Simpson Invitational, turning in a 69-67-68—204 effort (12-under par) … Tied for second in CU’s Les Fowler individual event (66-76—142, +2), tied for 14th in the Lamkin (215, -1) and tied for 17th in the Air Force Miranda invite (215, -1) … Posted the team best for middle round scoring (69.86) and the third-best for opening rounds (71.63) and final rounds (73.25).

2018-19 (Jr.): Ranked as the No. 146 player in the nation by GolfStat and No. 185 by Golfweek ... The team leader in stroke average with a 71.90 mark, tied for the sixth-best in school history and which almost unbelievably ranked just 27th in the Pac-12 ... Finished as the team leader in 19 categories: scoring average, rounds played (40), top 5 finishes (3), top 10 finishes (6), top 20 finishes (6), rounds in the sixties (11), subpar rounds (18), even-par rounds (3), rounds counting toward team scoring (1.000, 37 of 37), first round average (69.8), middle round average (72.6), birdies (127), pars (463), rounds of par or better (21), percentage of rounds par or better (82.1), jumbo percentage (.375, percentage of strokes over bogey/round), most rounds with the zero holes worse than bogey (30) and most tournaments with the no holes worse than bogey (7) ... He became the seventh player in school history to have all his rounds count toward team scoring (the 37 were the fourth-most on the list, trailing three with 39) … Recorded 10 sub-220 tournament efforts on the year ... He tied for 47th in the NCAA Northwest/Pullman Regional with a 68-75-69—212 scorecard (2-over); since the regional format came into being in 1989, he was the fifth Buff to qualify as an individual without his teammates and became just the second CU player (out of 115 opportunities) to post two scores in the 60s in regional play (joining Bobby Kalinowski in 1994 (he shot 68-69-71—208 to finish second in Oklahoma City) … His 2-under par 68 in the first round was the lowest score of the five individuals who qualified (and he owns two of subpar scores, and the only pair in the 60s, of the 15 by the group) … Tied for 33rd in the Pac-12’s, where he opened strong (67-70) and was in the hunt for medalist honors at the midway point (finished up with a 293, +9) … He also tied for the low 18-hole score on the season (67) ... Also led the team in stroke average for the fall, with his 71.20 figure the eighth-best for a fall season at Colorado … Opened his junior year with a win in the Air Force Falcon Invitational, carding a 7-under 209 (the same score he had a year earlier) ... In his four top 10/20 finishes, he was under par for all, as he was also third in CU’s own Mark Simpson Invitational (211, -5), in addition to tying for sixth in Denver’s Paintbrush Invite (215, -1) and tying for ninth in the UNM Tucker (214, -2) … He was just outside the top 20 in his other event (21st in Utah’s Showdown in the Rockies with a 3-over 219).

2017-18 (Soph.): He enjoyed a fine season, his first as a Buffalo, finished second in scoring average with a 71.54 mark, which was good for the fourth-best in school history … He attained that by posting the seventh-best spring number (71.83) and tying for the third-best in the fall (71.0) … For the year, he was ranked as the nation’s No. 189 player by Golfweek and No. 200 by GolfStat … Earned CU’s Athlete of the Week honor (March 19-25) for his best finish for the year, a tie for second place in Kansas State’s Bighorn Invitational with an 8-under par performance (72-67-69—208) … That was one of his three top 10 and six top 20 finishes on the year (the latter all in the top 16) … A tie for fifth place at Air Force opened his Colorado career, as he finished with a 7-under par 209 score … He was under par in six of his 12 tournaments and even par in another … Had averages of 72.08 (first round), 71.08 (middle rounds) and 71.55 (final round), third-, second- and third-best, respectively on the squad … Was also second in rounds in the 60s with 10, tied for second in subpar rounds (16),  second in rounds of par or better (20) and tied for second in percentage of holes of par or better (83.3 percent, 525 of 630) He led the team in rounds counting toward team scoring (32 of 35, or 91.4 percent), and also had a team-best three bogey free rounds for the year, including in the final round of the Pac-12 Championships when the Buffs made a run at eventual champion USC … He tied for 27th in that event with an even-par effort (284) and then finished tied for 16th in the NCAA West Regional (213, -3) …  His season-high round of 77 (which he shot just once), tied for the lowest by a Buffalo player for a full season in school history, previously done three times by Edward McGlasson (2005-06), Derek Tolan (2008-09) and Jeremy Paul (2015-16) … He transferred to Colorado in June 2017 after competing as a freshman at McNeese State.
 
2016-17 At McNeese State (Fr.): He earned first-team All-Southland Conference honors (just five players make the team), in addition to being named the SLC’s Freshman of the Year … In helping McNeese State to the SLC title and a third straight berth in the NCAA Championships, he led the team in stroke average with a 73.03 figure, with 17 rounds of par or better (including two in the 60s, both 68s) … He played in all 13 tournaments (35 rounds), with seven top 20 finishes, including three in the top 10.  His best finishes were a pair of fifth-place efforts in the fall season and back-to-back, in the David Toms Intercollegiate (216, +1) and in the Bayou City Collegiate Classic (214, -2); his top spring finish was a tie for eighth in the Tiger Classic (3-over 148) … He finished 19th in the SLC Championship, where he turned in an 83-74-78—235 scorecard (+19; a tough course and weather issues had the average score of 79.8 in the tournament) … He was 10 shots out the lead and was fourth among all freshmen … He tied for 38th in the NCAA Southwest/Austin Regional, carding a 75-76-70—221 score, helping McNeese State to a 10th place finish and the third-best score (10-under 274) in the final round.
 
High School—At The Becket School in Nottingham, he captained the soccer team for the seven years he was enrolled (equivalent of sixth through 12th grades in the United States).
 
Other—2020: Qualified for the U.S. Amateur as the No. 294 player in the World Amateur Golf Rankings; he shot 77-74—151 (+8) at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, missing the cut by six shots (tied for 149th in the 264-man field).  2019: Won the prestigious Walton Heath Trophy, one of England’s top amateur tournaments, with a 9-under par 69-69-71-70—279 scorecard (rallying from seven strokes down after three rounds).  In the British Amateur, he tied for 29th in the stroke play portion (73-72—145, +1), and advanced to the round of 16.  2017: Finished 10th in the European Amateur Championships, four strokes out of the lead, with a 67-71-71-68—277 scorecard at Walton Heath Golf Club in England … Advanced to the final 32 in the British Amateur (he tied for 23rd in the stroke play with a 3-under 70-69—139).  2016: He had several top amateur performances prior to enrolling at McNeese State, including a fourth place finish in the Fairhaven Trophy (80-71-72-71—294, +6) and a ninth place effort in the McEvoy Trophy where he was even par for the event (70-73-71-70—284) … In the British Boys Amateur at Muirfield, he advanced to the round of 16 in the match play stages … He finished in fourth place representing his country in the German Boys Amateur (70-69—139), and was a member of England’s winning team in the Nation’s Cup at the Carris Trophy (English Boys’ Open Amateur) … He also played Home Internationals for England and contributed to the country’s win overall … 2015: Selected to represent England in the 2015 AJGA Thunderbird International Junior, where he tied for 39th (76-79-72—227 at Scottsdale’s Grayhawk Golf Club).  Other Years: He represented England three times at under 16's level in the annual matches against Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

Academics—He graduated with a degree in Geography from Colorado in May 2021 … Recognized as a member of CU’s 4.0 club for the fall 2020 semester …  Earned Srixon/Cleveland All-America Scholar honors as a senior for the 2019-20 season.
 
Personal—He was born May 25, 1998 in Nottingham, England … His hobbies include playing and watching soccer and working out.  A grandfather was a professional soccer player and represented England on many occasions (Last name is pronounced Oh-lock-lin.)
