AT COLORADO: This Season (Jr.)—Enrolled at CU for the spring semester and joined the team as a walk-on prior to spring practices.
AT OKLAHOMA BAPTIST: 2016 (Sophomore)—He was a member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and the baseball team for the fall 2016 semester at Oklahoma Baptist before transferring to CU.
AT OKLAHOMA: 2015 (Freshman)—He played in 24 games off the bench as a true freshman on the Sooners baseball team … Was heavily used as a pinch runner and he scored four runs while going 2-for-4 at the plate with two walks ... Recorded a single in his first career at-bat against SIU-Edwardsville.
HIGH SCHOOL—He played four years of varsity baseball at Fairview High School under coach Rick Harig where he was a two-time All-Region and three-time All-Conference selection ... Garnered All-State honors in both 2013 and 2014 … Hit .500 with 31 runs scored and was named Team MVP as a senior when he helped guided the Knights to the 2014 District Championship ... Also collected All-State honors as a wide receiver and kick returner in football his senior season ... One of his biggest games that year came in the 5A playoffs when he caught 10 passes for 150 yards and two TDs in a 38-28 win over ThunderRidge during the semifinals ... Had a nine-catch, 116-yard performance that included a 97-yard kickoff return for a touchdown against No. 3 Pomona and an eight-catch, 151-yard and two TD game against No. 6 Ralston Valley ... He was selected All-North Metro Conference three times in football where in his three varsity seasons he caught 125 passes for 1,812 yards and 24 touchdowns ... He intercepted five passes playing cornerback his junior and senior seasons ... He was a finalist for the 2013-14 Steinmark Award given to Colorado’s top two-sport athlete.
