- NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier in the mile and DMR
- Finished 11th in the mile at NCAA Indoor Championships, second team All-American
- Led off the 3rd place DMR at the Big 12 Championships
- Ran the Colorado soil and school record in the mile with a time of 3:51.73@, the No. 1 time in the NCAA going into NCAAs.
2024-25

- Opened the season with a 3rd-place finish in the mile at the Colorado Classic, breaking the 4-minute barrier (3:59.97).
- Ran a personal best of 7:45.01 in the 3000m at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, finishing 5th.
- Competed at the NCAA Division I Indoor Championships as the lone Buff in the field.
- Ran 3:58.05 in the mile prelims, qualifying for the final.
- Broke the CU mile record in the final, running 3:54.84 to place 5th and earn NCAA All-American honors.
- Capped off the indoor season as an NCAA All-American, setting a new CU record in the mile
Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Buffs...
- Ran a personal best in the 1500m of 3:37.52
- Qualified for and competed at the NCAA Division I West First Round to end the season

Indoor: Ran in four meets for the Buffs ...
- Finished top-five in all four races he competed in
- Set a personal best of 3:55.99 in the mile which was a first place finish at the Ken Shannon Invitational
Outdoor: Ran in seven races over five meets ...
- Finished first in the 800 at the Stanford Invitational while also recording a personal record of 1:49.60 ... in the same meet, he finished second in the 1,500 and set another personal record of 3:41.48
- At the Pac-12 Championships he placed sixth in the 800 preliminary round before placing ninth in the 800 finals
- Competed in the 1500 in the NCAA West Preliminary Round where he finished 28th
