- XC: Ran in three races for the Buffs ... placed 10th in the 8K at the Highlander Invitational setting a personal record of 24:04.0
- Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 at the Colorado Invitational, finishing sixth in 8:43.86
- Outdoor: Ran in three meets ... set a personal best of 29:13.28 in the 10,000 at the Stanford Invitational ... set a personal best of 14:06.54 in the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... competed in both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships ... finsihed fifth overall in the 10,000 with a time of 29:46.90
2021-22
- XC: Did not compete
- Indoor: Ran in three meets for the Buffs ... set a personal best of 4:22.43 in the mile at the Potts Invitational ... set a personal best of 8:15.68 in the 3,000 at the Husky Classic
- Outdoor: Ran in five meets ... had five top-10 finishes in seven races ... set a personal best of 3:57.40 in the 1,500 at the CU Invitational ... ran the 5,000 and 10,000 at the Pac-12 Championships
2020-21
- XC: Season was canceled due to COVID-19
- Winter XC: Recorded an eighth-place finish at the FSU Winter Classic in the gold race … he was the second CU runner to finish that race, finishing in 25:13.1 behind teammate Ethan Powell
- Outdoor: Did not compete
HIGH SCHOOL
- Attended Eden Prairie High School
- Helped his team to a runner-up finish at the 2019 MSHSL State Cross Country Class AA Championships
- Finished fourth overall to earn all-state honors
- Placed 23rd as a senior at the Nike Cross Heartland Regional Championships
- Named all-conference three seasons and lettered all four
- Was selected as the team’s MVP his sophomore season
- Finished 21st at the state championship in addition to a 14th-place finish at Nike Cross Regionals
- As a junior, he earned all-state honors in the 3,200-meter run with a third-place finish (9:17.53)
- Placed third in the 1,600, running a PR of 4:18.27, and was second in the 3,200 with another PR (9:14.57)
- Also lettered in swim and dive where he was named the hardest worker his sophomore, junior and senior years
- Served as the captain for his cross country, track and swim and dive teams as a senior
- Also recruited by Minnesota, Iowa, Arizona State, Gonzaga, Georgetown and Wisconsin
