2024-25

Indoor: Opened the season with a third-place finish in the heptathlon at the UCCS Invitational and Multi (Dec. 13-14), scoring a personal-best 5,430 points. During the competition, placed first in the high jump (1.97m/6-5.5), second in the 60m hurdles (8.19), and second in the 1000m (2:49.20). Added a third-place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.12) at the Mines Alumni Classic. Competed in four additional heptathlons during the season, highlighted by a 5,045-point performance at the Big 12 Championships, placing 13th overall. Also ran 8.06 in the 60m hurdles at conference to finish third.
Outdoor: Broke through with a second-place finish in the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 10–11), scoring a personal-best 7,458 points. Won the long jump (7.38m/24-2.5) and 110m hurdles (14.36), while placing third in the 100m (10.84), 1500m (4:28.63), and sixth or better in six total events. Finished fifth in the javelin (50.22m/164-9) at the Jack Christiansen Invite after also running 14.71 in the 110m hurdles. Won the long jump (7.40m/24-3.5) at the Mines Midweek Meet. Scored in three events at the 2024 Pac-12 Championships: placed second in the high jump (1.97m/6-5.5), fourth in the 400m (50.27), and seventh in the javelin (42.94m/140-10) to finish eighth in the decathlon with 5,542 points.

2023-24

Indoor: Scored a then personal-best 5,418 points to place sixth in the heptathlon at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Meet. Won the 1000m in 2:40.14 and placed top-10 in six of the seven events. Also finished fourth in the heptathlon at the Riverfront Invitational (5,329).
Outdoor: Placed second in the decathlon at the Bryan Clay Invitational with 7,198 points, winning the 400m (49.41) and 1500m (4:30.20). Scored points in six events and finished in the top three in four. Threw a then personal-best 47.43m (155-7) in the javelin to place third at the Jack Christiansen Invite.

2022-23

Indoor: Did not compete
Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Buffs ... finished third in the long jump at the Mines Mini Meet and fourth in the high jump at the Fum McGraw Power Meet

2021-22

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Buffs ... set personal bests in the 400m, pole vault, 60m, 1000m, shot put and heptathlon ... finished the season placing 10th in the heptathlon at the Pac-12 Invitational
Outdoor: Competed in six meets... started the season setting a personal best of 43.56m (142'11") in the javelin throw at the Jerry Quiller Classic ... also set personal records in the high jump, 100m, 1500m, discus throw, decathlon and 110h
