- Indoor: Ran in four meets for the Buffs ... started the season with a first-place finish in the 4x400m at the Potts Invitational ... his relay team shaved three seconds off its 4x400m time by the last meet
- Outdoor: Competed in six meets ...set a personal best in the 200m while finishing second at the Kit Mayer Classic with a time of 21.23 ... ran in three races at the Pac-12 Championships ... finished 41st in the 400m and 13th in the 4x400m at the NCAA West Preliminary Round
2021-22
- Indoor: Competed in the 400m and 4x400m in four meets for the Buffs ... finished the season placing sixth in the 400m and fourth in the 4x400m at the Pac-12 Invitational
- Outdoor: Ran in nine meets over the course of the season .... set a personal best of 45.78 in the 400m which was a fifth-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships ... finished 19th in the 4x400m at the NCAA Championships
2020-21
- Indoor: Raced one 400m for the Buffs at the Championships at the Peak, placing eighth with a time of 48.47
- Outdoor: Focused on the 400m and 4x400m ... scored in the 400m and 4x400m at the Pac-12 Championships, finishing sixth and third, respectively ... qualified for the NCAA West Regional Championships in the 4x400m, finishing 13th
AT SOUTHERN UTAH
2019-20
- Indoor: Raced four times ... ran the 400m and 4x400m at the Big Sky Championships, placing fifth in the 400m and fourth in the 4x400m
- Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
HIGH SCHOOL
- Senior year, Williams was the SLHS male athlete of the year, the Jeffco Track & Field 4A MVP, and 400m state champion, and ranked in the top-10 in the 400m nationally
- As a junior, he was also the 400m state champion, and the Jeffco Track&Field 4A MVP
