SOPHOMORE (2011): An anterior cruciate ligament injury sidelined Dohm the entirety of the 2011 season.

FRESHMAN (2010): Dohm used her speed all over the field as she played in 18 games and logged 11 starts in her freshman campaign. She played a whopping 1,140 minutes and recorded a goal and an assist on the season. She was one of CU's most decorated players in 2010 as she was named to the All-Big 12 Conference second team and the 2010 Big 12 All-Newcomer squad. She was also Colorado's MVP at the Denver Invitational and a College Soccer 360 Primetime Performer of the Week (Sept. 21) after her exceptional defense in CU's 1-0 double overtime win over No. 10 ranked UCLA.

HIGH SCHOOL: She was a four-year letter-winner at Liberty High School in Colorado Springs, Colo., where she holds the record for most points scored by a sophomore with 21. As a senior, she was the first female from Liberty to make the high school scholar All-American team and all-region team. She was named first team All-Area by ESPN Rise.  Her junior year, she joined the Liberty Wall of Fame for soccer and was named the team's most valuable player on both offense and defense. She earned first-team All-5A Colorado Springs League honors.  As a sophomore, she won the power goals and power assists awards for Liberty and was named second-team all-state and first-team All-4A Colorado Springs League.  As a freshman, she was named Liberty's defensive most valuable player and earned honorable mention All-State by the Rocky Mountain News, honorable mention All-Area by the Colorado Springs Gazette and second-team All-4A Colorado Springs League. She also was a member of the Pride Predators under coach Sian Hudson, where Pride earned a No. 8 national ranking and made it to the regional final four in 2007. Pride earned State Cup Championships in 2006 and '07. In 2008, Pride won the Score and the Shore Championship and also won its League championship while also winning the Disney Showcase in 2009. She also has Olympic Development experience as she was on the ODP state team in 2008 and '09. She was also a member of the Region IV team in 2009. She was a member of the National Honors Society and National French Honors Society in high school.

IN THE CLASSROOM: Dohm is majoring in mechanical engineering while minoring in French at Colorado.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Alexandra Elizabeth Dohm.  She was born in Johnson City, N.Y., to Karl Dohm and Cynthia Pesek.  She has one younger sister, Kristina.  She is a member of the national art society.  She enjoys reading, skiing and excels at juggling the soccer ball, of which her personal juggling best is 1,800.
