Freshman (2007): Daugherty did not see any action as a freshman.
High School: Daugherty lettered four years at Camas High School where she received three consecutive GSHL First Team all-league honors starting as a sophomore. Her senior year she was named First Team All-State. As a junior, Daugherty was All-State Honorable Mention and she was named to the Columbian All-Region team as a senior. Camas was 50-8-7 with Daugherty on the pitch and she led the Papermakers defense to a school record for most shutouts in 2005 (19-of-21). Daugherty was part of the Camas team in 2005 that was the GSHL League Champions, District IV Champions and Washington 3A State Champions during their undefeated season. Daugherty played club ball for Washington Premier FC under coach Justi Baumgardt along with teammate and fellow future Buffalo Melissa Hicks. They advanced to the 2004 and 2005 Washington State Cup Semifinals and were 2006 runner-ups.

In the Classroom: Daugherty hopes to study integrated physiology at CU with the hopes of becoming a physical therapist.

Personal: Heidi Daugherty was born on August 15, 1988 in Modesto, Calif. She is the daughter of Terry and Denise Daugherty and the older sister of Bryan (17). Her cousin, Lawrence Shupe, played football at the University of Nebraska. Her hobbies include playing soccer and snowboarding.
