SENIOR (2018): Dalton played in a career-high 12 matches in her final season. She played in 129 minutes, including a season-high 21 at Oregon State. Dalton registered one assist in CU’s 6-0 win over the Beavers. Dalton attempted a career-high four shots on the season, landing one on target.

JUNIOR (2017): Dalton appeared in seven matches as a reserve midfielder, helping the Buffs reach the second round of the NCAA Tournament and break school records for shutouts (14) and goals-against average (0.61). She played 86 minutes and attempted one shot during the season. She saw a season-high 30 minutes of action in a 6-0 win over UC Riverside as she attempted her only shot of the season in that match.
 
SOPHOMORE (2016): Dalton played in seven matches as a reserve midfielder, helping CU to reach the NCAA Tournament and finish second in the Pac-12. She had an assist in a 5-0 win over Drexel on Sept. 4 and also saw action against Air Force, Iowa, Oregon State (season-high 27 minutes), Stanford, Utah and Oklahoma State. The Buffs outscored opponents 2-0 in the 79 minutes Dalton was on the field.
 
FRESHMAN (2015 at LINDSEY WILSON): Dalton started 14 of 23 matches and led Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) College to a 20-2-2 record, including a 7-0-0 mark in conference play. She helped the Blue Raiders reach the NAIA national championship match and scored seven goals, which were fourth on the team, and two assists for 16 points. She also attempted 40 shots and had 22 on goal. Two of her goals were game-winning. She scored a goal in the second round of the NAIA Tournament in a 5-0 win over Kansas Wesleyan and had a three-goal game against Pikeville (Ky.) on Sept. 22.
 
BEFORE LINDSEY WILSON: Dalton played one year of soccer in England in 2015 for Bristol City FC in the WSL1, the top league in England. She helped Bristol City reach the Round of 16 in the Champions League against Frankfurt FC. She also spent time with the Brisbane Roar in the Australian W-League.
 
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: She has extensive international experience for her home country of Australia, competing for the U-15-16 and U-17 national teams. She has started matches in Korea, China, Malaysia and at home against New Zealand. In 2013, she helped Australia win a World Cup pre-qualifier in Manila, Philippines.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: She graduated from Unity College in Caloundra, Queensland, and led her high school team to three state championships.
 
IN THE CLASSROOM: Dalton is majoring in sociology and has an interest in criminal justice.
 
PERSONAL: Isobel Dalton was born on Sept. 9, 1997, in Barnsley, England, to Iain and Jackie Dalton. She goes by the nickname “Izzy” and comes from a soccer family. Her older brother Reece will play soccer at the University of Buffalo next season and her father coaches soccer, which has included time as an assistant at Hofstra University. She was born in England and lived there until age 8 before her family relocated to Australia, where she lived through high school. She moved to England for six months to play in the WSL1 in 2015 before moving to the U.S. to compete at Lindsey Wilson. She chose CU for its exceptional reputation in both academics and sports. She believes Colorado will help her grow as a footballer to help her become the best player she can be while completing her education at the highest level possible.
