SENIOR (2011): Steury wrapped up her CU career by appearing in 14 games with three starts as a defender, helping the Buffs to a 1.95 GAA. She made her first start of the year in a 2-2 draw with Arizona on Sept. 30. She also started and played 88 minutes against USC at home on Oct. 30. Her final start came in the season finale at Utah on Nov. 4 when she scored her first career goal in a 2-1 loss to the Utes as she played all 90 minutes.

JUNIOR (2010): Steury worked her way into CU's starting lineup early in the season, recording her first career start against UCLA and played 84 minutes. She logged a total of 10 starts and played in 15 of CU's 20 matches. She attempted three shots on the season with one on goal.

SOPHOMORE (2009): Steury played in five games during her sophomore campaign. She made her season debut against St. Mary's, playing 29 minutes.

FRESHMAN (2008):  Steury saw action in nine games during her first season as a Buff, logging 130 total minutes.  She made her freshman debut in the first game against No. 20 Florida and she played a career high 53 minutes later in the season against Drake.

HIGH SCHOOL:  Steury lettered two years for the Carmel High School Greyhounds.  She earned a first-team All-District honor and an All-State honorable mention during her senior campaign and went on to lead the Greyhounds to the Indiana High School Regional Championship that same year.  Steury was a member of the Carmel United Soccer Club, which ranked in the Top-10 nationally for girls soccer clubs.  As her club team's captain, she helped the Crusaders to three state championship titles (2001, '04, and '07).

IN THE CLASSROOM: Steury is a communications major and a geography minor CU.

PERSONAL: Maggi Keenan Steury was born on May 22, 1990 and is the daughter of Kent Steury and Kelli and Richard Huntley.  She is the younger sister of four brothers, Klark, K.C., Matt, and Jason.  Her grandfather, Tal Keenan, played football for Taylor University in Indiana, and her aunt Traci Young played tennis at Ohio University.  Steury chose Colorado because she wanted to go somewhere away from home.
