FRESHMAN (2009): Sramek played in three of CU’s 19 games during the 2009 season. She was one of four CU freshmen to make their career debut during the win against St. Mary’s.
HIGH SCHOOL: Sramek was a three-year varsity letterwinner and starter for the California high school Grizzlies. In 2007-08, Sramek was a first team all-league selection, as well as a San Ramon Valley Times Newspaper first team selection. She earned the honor of California High School Winter Athlete of the Year after helping lead her team to the NCS back-to-back quarterfinals appearances. Sramek played for the San Ramon Shock club team and helped the Shock to a first place finish in the Surf Cup Gold Division, as well as the 2007 Mustang Stampede. After a five-year stint at the Olympic Development level, Sramek was a two-year member of the Cal North District III team and was invited to the 2007 ODP Western Region Evaluation Training at the University of Idaho.
IN THE CLASSROOM: Sramek is currently an open-option major at Colorado.
PERSONAL: Natalie Sramek was born on Aug. 21, 1991 and is the daughter of John and Bernadette Sramek. She has one sister, Lauren (22), who is a senior at Purdue. Sramek was a People-to-People Youth Ambassador to Australia and New Zealand in 2004 and she enjoys snowboarding, long boarding and tubing when she's not playing soccer. Sramek chose Colorado because she loved the campus and the location.
