Gabbie Pelloni is in her ninth year as the Director of Operations for the University of Colorado Olympic sports.  Pelloni oversees the administrative duties for men’s and women’s golf, lacrosse, soccer and tennis programs.

Pelloni is a 2006 graduate of the University of Colorado, earning her bachelor’s degree in sociology.  She worked as a student assistant in the compliance office from 2005-06, then became an administrative assistant for the tennis, men’s basketball and men’s and women’s golf programs from 2006-07.Â

Prior to CU, Pelloni spent four years at the University of Denver as a program assistant for the Pioneer skiing, men’s basketball, women’s gymnastics, volleyball, men’s/women’s swimming, lacrosse, golf and the tennis teams. Â

She earned a master’s degree in art development and program management at DU and was named the DU Difference Maker in 2012, an honor awarded by the chancellor.Â

Pelloni lettered in track and field at Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Md., where she graduated in 2002. Â She also received an associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University. Â

The former Gabbie Perkins was born in New Brunswick, N.J. and is married to Eric Pelloni, the Assistant Director of BuffVision. Â The couple has a son, Edwin James, and a daughter, Sophia.
