- Led her high school to district championships as a sophomore and senior and was named the FHSSA Class 8A District 4 Player of the Year in her final campaign
- As a junior, she advanced her team to the Elite 8 in the 8A State Championships
- Also has an outstanding serve with a serve percentage of 91 and leading her club team, Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball Academy, in aces
PERSONAL:
- Her athleticism comes from both parents. Both her parents competed in collegiate athletics for UNC Charlotte
- Her mother, Angela, played for the 49ers volleyball team for four years
- Her father, Alex, played basketball for Palm Beach Community College for two years before transferring to UNC-Charlotte. Following his collegiate career, he played professionally in Europe for six years and played for the Germany National Basketball team for two years
- Kuehl was recruited by several other teams, including CSU and Washington State
