Beau Adams III is in his first year as the Business Development & Support Coordinator for Colorado Athletics, advancing into the role after several years of cross-department experience within the organization.
Adams originally joined CU Athletics in January of 2021 as a freshman, serving as a Football Recruiting Assistant. After a year and a half in the recruiting office, he transitioned to become the Executive Staff's Student Analyst. In that role, he supported senior leadership across strategic initiatives, revenue projects, and department-wide planning.
Upon graduating from CU’s Leeds School of Business with a degree in Business Administration, Adams was awarded a scholarship to pursue his MBA while continuing his work within the department. He served as a Graduate Assistant for Strategic Initiatives and Program Development, contributing to major efforts including Revenue-Sharing implementation, the ARCH, Buffs Premier and internal strategic planning tied to the evolving collegiate athletics landscape.
In 2026, he stepped into his current full-time role, where he focuses on developing new business partnerships and supporting revenue generation across Colorado Athletics, including work within the department’s concert and special events business.
A native of New Orleans, LA, Adams attended Isidore Newman High School where he lettered in Football, Soccer, and Baseball.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf, training artificial intelligence, and volunteering with his fiancée, Gracie. They currently live in Boulder with their Bernese Mountain Dog, Teddy.
