KJ Simpson was named Colorado's Male Athlete of the Week on Tuesday for his performance during the week of Nov. 13-19.
In the dominant win over Milwaukee, Simpson recorded 23 points, six assists, two steals and only one turnover. He led the team in scoring and improved his assist-to-turnover ratio on the season to 8.5 (17:2).
Simpson tallied his ninth 20-point game of his career while also jumping into 25th on the Colorado all-time assist leaders list with 214.
