Ylivainio and the Buffaloes took on two ranked opponents on the road this week, at No. 9 TCU on Oct. 2 and No. 21 Baylor on Oct. 4. Ylivainio totaled 62 assists, 17 digs, four blocks and an ace. On her 23rd assist of the night against Baylor, Ylivainio reached 500 career assists. She accomplished this in just 14 matches. This makes her the second-fastest Buff to reach 500 in Colorado volleyball history, behind Kelly Campbell (1996-99), and the first in the rally-scoring era. Against TCU, Ylivainio recorded her fourth double-double of the season with 33 assists and 12 digs. She has led the team and tallied double-digit assists in all 14 matches this season. In the upset win against Baylor, Ylivainio was responsible for 29 of Colorado's 37 assists. She had a perfect night, as she recorded zero errors.
